Liked: I liked learning how to make websites using Dreamweaver. Websites have always intrigued me when I was growing up, so I've grown to love them.
Disliked: I didn't like making videos. I don't know why, but I guess videos aren't my thing. It just wasn't fun making videos because of how tedious the process can be. Individual or group, I just never enjoy making videos.

I think there were about 3 pickpocketers involved in the crime. The woman's jacket color was i think beige.

Social Networks
The Internet, let alone social networks, has a very great influence over our society today. After the creation of the World Wide Web in the 90's, the world has been racing towards technological innovation. That being said, the fact trickles down to the social media level where people can easily be influenced by their friends or their role models. The fact that people can be in contact with each other 24/7 in a click of a button makes popular trends and rumors spread like wildfire. In my opinion, I've seen the good and the ugly. Some of my friends post of heart-warming stories or funny vids, but others post the latest crime story. It's a double-edged sword.

There's An App For That
My favorite app is Spotify because I love pretty much every type of music available right now. From Jazz, to classical, to pop rock, to even Korean and Japanese music. I love all types of music from all over the world, and Spotify helps me learn about new songs and new ideas.

Where Good Ideas Come From
I thought it was interesting that Tim Lee had the idea for the World Wide Web for 10 years, but didn't actually work on it until later. Ideas seem to come in pieces. Great ideas and plans usually have to be organized in phases in order to fully understand and create and genuinely good idea.

Google Glasses Video
The graphics in the video was very well done, but I personally thought that the video got a bit creepy at the end with all the dating apps. The Google Glasses seems like an interesting concept, but the video itself makes it feel like a device that can read women....
So far, we've done some Dreamweaver templates and linked pages together.

Coding 9/4
It's the first time I've used HTML code in awhile. I was taught to use just regular notepad, but Dreamweaver makes everything easier. I think I'm going to enjoy using Dreamweaver. I would love to ask people why they named it Dreamweaver. Maybe I'll learn as the year goes on. Who knows.

Thoughts about Video
"Your life on the internet." If this was 10 years ago, people would scoff at the absurd idea that the internet could be that useful. However, we live in 2013, a time when technology is rapidly advancing. People don't call this age the "Internet Age" for nothing. It's pretty scary when you realize that people post up their personal information so easily. In fact, they're probably unconsciously posting their personal information. I guess that we don't realize how easily people can find out about us. Social media makes it easy to connect with my friends, but also with the world.

Steven Johnson, Video or Animation
Truthfully, I think the video style was better than an animation. The subject about where ideas come from and the networks of ideas was best explained to me through the video. Maybe it's because I'm used to lectures from college, but this subject is, well, too subjective. Good ideas are, like Johnson explained, ideas that take many, many years to develop. One person's imagination is completely different from another's. That said, it was a bit harder for me to understand the animation because my perception of the words spoken in the animation was obviously different than Johnson's. His ideas in his words and pictures were a little bit difficult to understand. When he lectured, I felt more of a connection. Most likely, it was because I could see his face, understand his logic, and find meaning in his personality. I can analyze him like an open book.
